Khyber Bridge, known as one of the longest floating military bridges in the world, is made of sustainable materials against bombing. A number of army engineers and some others from Jihad Sazandegui were dispatched to the southern Iranian regions in 1984, and held a meeting aimed at building a bridge over Hoor Al-Azim. To build this floating bridge, all materials such as wood, metal, fiberglass and air blowing methods were discussed. Finally, a combination of fiberglass and foam was selected, due to the fact that they were suitable for filling the cracks in the joints caused by welding. Given that Kheibar Bridge is a masterpiece of engineering built in the situation full of all types of shortcomings and sanctions, it is necessary to study it to benefit from its valuable experiences; Therefore, this study dealt with the necessity of its construction and its method of construction first, and then, assessed its strengths and weaknesses.

The Ba'athist regime of Iraq started an eight-year unjust war against Iran on September 22, 1980 for various geopolitical and ideological reasons. Regional and trans-regional actors reacted to this war based on the situations which occurred. The role of Jordan Kingdom in supporting the Ba'athist regime of Saddam was more evident for objective and subjective reasons. During the war, Jordan Kingdom supported Saddam critically, providing political, intelligence, military and economic support at the regional and international levels. Many political analysts believe that Jordan Kingdom was known as the most prominent supporter of Saddam Hussein in the Arab world. This research is intended to clarify the behavior of the Kingdom of Jordan in relation to the invasion of Iran by the Iraqi Ba'athist regime, and that why it selected serious military-intelligence policies and practices against Iran. The imposed war of the Ba'athist regime of Iraq against Iran (1980-1988) posed great influence in various fields of Iranian culture and art. The event of the imposed war, like the processes of the Islamic Revolution itself, draw the attention of a number of artists who were able to create new principles and criteria for conveying the content, and influence the process by presenting their perceptions of the event of the war in their works. Works of visual artists in Khuzestan province, as one of the most affected regions of the country having experienced the misery of war and many misfortunes, are more significant; However, lack of sufficient information about visual artists in Khuzestan province in the era of the imposed war deprives us from a full study; Therefore, this study is intended to identify such artists and evaluate their works. The question of this research concentrates on the visual artists of Khuzestan province during the imposed war and the way that this event has posed on their works. Moreover, in addition to the identification of the visual artists of Khuzestan province who tried to record national culture and art during the imposed war, this study will try to investigate the effect of the imposed war on their works from 1980 to 1988. This descriptive-analytical research follows developmental purpose and is based on library resources as well as a great deal of field researches. Having introduced the unknown artists of Khuzestan province in various visual fields, the research proposes that the effects of the imposed war on these artists’ works, method of representation, types of themes, use of visual elements and symbolism are quite significant.

The right of duplication of scientific works aiming at preserving them by public libraries as an exception in copyright and publication was neglected in the laws of the Iranian intellectual right. The “Regulations on the Preservation of Documents and evidences of the Holy Defense” published in the official gazette in December 2018, as the first bylaw in the legal system of the country, considered that the right of electronic duplication, under certain circumstances, are permissible for executive systems and related bodies of the public libraries. The copies of the documents are supposed to be kept as classified documents. According to the French Intellectual Property Law (September 2018), French public libraries can make copies of scientific works aiming at the protection of these works. It is worth mentioning that the right to duplicate a library copy of the works is permitted under certain conditions in both countries. As disregarding these provisions are regarded as law-breaking deeds, any kind of unauthorized duplication or making copies for commercial purposes by the librarians can be a criminal deed by the doer or by the library, or both. This is a descriptive-analytical research whose main purpose is to clarify copyright for libraries, and to explain the legal liabilities of disregarding the provisions.
