The position of Central Asia in the depths of Iranian civilization is prominent and the extent of its impact on Iran's national interests and security is significant. With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the security environment around Iran in Central Asia changed dramatically. Simultaneously with the elimination of traditional threats, new threatening and opportunistic dynamics were introduced to Iran by Central Asia. Given the diversity of these threats, identifying and prioritizing the most important security threats is the central issue of this research. The research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, a survey with a questionnaire. The findings show that economic and political threats are a priority in Central Asia. Strategies that can create opportunities include prioritizing cross-border infrastructure projects to counter geopolitical depletion, establishing a regional engineering technical needs assessment office, using technical and internal engineering capabilities to meet countries' technical engineering needs, and finally paying attention to defense diplomacy.

Saudi Arabia's foreign policy is strongly influenced by the Wahhabi ideology. Saudi Arabia is concerned about increasing Iran's influence and seeking to eliminate or reduce its role in the region. This study seeks to examine the dominant approach of Saudi foreign policy towards Bahrain and its impact on the resistance front with an identity perspective. Bahrain is very important for Saudi Arabia and the Arab countries. Identifying the components that make up a country's identity helps a lot in understanding why it acts. Therefore, with the constructivist approach of Katzenstein's unit level and considering the identities of the two countries and using the descriptive-analytical method, we seek to answer the problem of the article. The findings show that the dominant approach in Saudi foreign policy towards Bahrain is an identity-based approach. The Saudis are working with goals such as restricting Iran, weakening resistance circles in the region, preventing overflows to their borders, and weakening the Shiites.

The textile and clothing industry in Iran has experienced fluctuations in market conditions and production in recent years for various reasons; In a way, even some of its large companies are facing a recession and are on the verge of bankruptcy. Utilization of obsolete machinery, shortage of specialized manpower, improper imports, lack of liquidity and smuggling of goods, along with some problems related to insurance and tax laws, are among the major problems facing the Iranian textile industry. Despite the many advantages of this industry such as high employment, low investment need, high added value, creating satisfaction in society and consequently increasing internal security and then external security, as well as many opportunities in this industry in Iran, like many educated and ready At work, the existence of primary resources such as cotton and petrochemicals, access to the large population of the region for the foreign market of products, etc. At present, this industry does not have a high status. This study seeks to examine the policies of production and employment in the textile industry with emphasis on the internal security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The results indicate that in fact, the adoption of a new version of policy-making in the textile industry can largely solve the problems of production and employment in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Simultaneously with the outbreak of the eight-year imposed war of Iraq against Iran, a kind of crystallization of the culture of defending values and culture and civilization was formed among Iranians. These characteristics instill in the Iranian man a kind of sacred sense of place. These concepts have entered the Persian language and the languages of the border areas, creating a kind of "cultural geography of sacred defense." In this study, the authors seek to provide an analysis of the sacred defense based on the linguistic approach of Ferdinand de Saussure. This research has been written in an analytical-descriptive manner. The data in this article are also obtained through library and documentary methods. According to the results of the research, the holy defense, by creating and reproducing spiritual concepts from the beginning of Islam, formed a discourse that today has wide language symbols and signs at the national, regional and in some cases global levels. Therefore, the signs and linguistic symbols of the sacred defense discourse are meaningful due to the audience's awareness of this discourse as well as the real and external manifestation of this discourse, and assuming the forgetting of this particular discourse and culture, its signs also become incomprehensible. Therefore, not losing these concepts and value heritage requires far-sighted and practical measures and policies.

The fight against transnational organized crime is possible through the co-operation of governments through preventive and repressive measures. The Palermo Convention encourages States to co-operate in the application of preventive measures, and Article 31 of the Convention deals with the prevention of crime. Repressive actions take place in the post-crime phase and in response to them. No country alone can succeed in tackling this global dilemma; Because the scope of crimes has been extended beyond the borders. In the fight against transnational organized crime, the application of the strategies and protocols to the Palermo Convention by governments can be very effective. This research, with a qualitative and analytical-descriptive approach, seeks to answer the question of whether the fight against transnational organized crime will be achieved through the preventive and repressive measures of the Palermo Convention. The findings show that the Palermo Convention is more successful than other international instruments and can be an effective basis in the fight against international organized crime.

After the end of the Iraq-Iran war, a new era in the Islamic Republic's foreign policy began. During this period, some of the principles, foundations and strategy of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic changed due to the coincidence with the new conditions governing the regional and global system, but its principles remained the same. Therefore, with the question of what is the formation and formation of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the eight-year period of the Holy Defense, we seek to explain and study it. Research is by descriptive-analytical method and information is collected by library and documentary methods. The study period is between 1989 and 1997. The results showed that the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in this period of time, while continuing, has changed. This transformation is the result of multiple factors and variables at different levels of individual, national and international. The end of the imposed war, internal conditions, the damage caused by the war, the collapse of the bipolar system, the emergence of newly independent states in the north of the country, the invasion of Iraq by Kuwait, the security of the Persian Gulf, etc., are among the factors that change Iran's approach to regionalism. De-escalation of tensions and peaceful coexistence to strengthen Iran's position promoted revolutionary independence and realism.

In leadership competency modeling, models that have a wide range of skills better describe and predict leadership performance. Today, human resource planning has changed to its competency approach, that is, competency-based human resource planning. Transforming human resource planning based on a competency approach requires a grand paradigm that changes the thinking of human resource planners about individuals and organizations in general. The purpose of this study is to achieve a model of causal relationships between these behavioral competencies of commanders. The research method is survey-descriptive. To collect and analyze the required data and information, first the research literature and the opinion of experts were collected. It was then validated using confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, the 13 competencies identified were structured at four levels using interpretive structural modeling. These levels are success, operationalism, creativity, and the fourth level, which includes the four competencies of persuasion, diligence, human resource orientation, and organization of activities and processes, respectively.
