This research qualitatively explains the command and management model of Shahid Gholamhossein Afshardi using text base data method and thematic analysis and aims to explain the success factors, background conditions, background factors, obstacles and consequences of the success of his command. The results of the research indicate that the effective factors of the context that led to the high command and management of Martyr Afshardi are obedience to God and the innocents, obedience to the province, correct family upbringing, sense of responsibility; substrate factors; Knowledge and skill dimension (innovative and creative, strong reasoning and logic, power of expression, thoughtfulness, intellectual genius), moral and behavioral dimension (courage and fortitude, commitment, humble and self-improvement, discipline and planning, sensitivity to verses) wealth, self-confidence, behavior based on human relations), command and management dimension (struggle and diligence, discernment, accurate identification of the situation, war theorist, deadlock-breaking spirit, action based on resourcefulness, risk-taking, maintaining the spirit of unity , strategist, the main and central role, foresight), the religious and spiritual dimension (faith and trust in God, sincerity, being bound by religious rules). Successful strategies and solutions (correcting the relationship with God, accurate identification and accompanying information with operations, practical action, behavior based on human relations with allies), obstacles (lack of facilities, support for global arrogance in the fight against Iran, consequences (national cohesion and resistance and Patience and creation of Iran's new defense power. از جمله فرماندهان و مدیران موفق جوان در هشت سال جنگ تحمیلی شهید غلامحسین افشردی خبرنگار جوان است. این پژوهش به صورت کیفی به روش داده بنیاد متنی و تحلیل مضمون به تبیین الگوی فرماندهی و مدیریتی شهید غلامحسین افشردی پرداخته و در صدد است عوامل موفقیت، شرایط زمینه ای، عوامل بسترساز، موانع و پیامدهای موفقیت فرماندهی ایشان را تبیین نماید. نتایج پژوهش حاکی بر آن است عوامل موثر زمینه ای که منجر به فرماندهی و مدیریت عالی شهید افشردی گردیده است، اطاعت از خداوند و معصومین،اطاعت از ولایت، تربیت صحیح خانوادگی، احساس مسئولیت؛ عوامل بستر ساز؛ بعد دانش و مهارتی(مبتکر و خلاق، استدلال و منطق قوی، قدرت بیان، اندیشه ورز، نبوغ فکری داشتن)، بعد اخلاقی و رفتاری(شجاعت و صلابت، تعهدکاری، متواضع و اهل خودسازی، نظم و برنامه ریز، حساسیت نسبت به بیت المال، اعتماد به نفس داشتن، رفتار مبتنی بر روابط انسانی)، بعد فرماندهی و مدیریتی(مجاهدت و همت، قدرت تشخیص، شناسایی دقیق از موقعیت، نظریه پرداز جنگ، روحیه بن بست شکنانه، عمل براساس تدبیر، خطرپذیری، حفظ روحیه وحدت پذیری، استراتژیست، نقش اصلی و محوری، آینده نگری)، بعد اعتقادی و معنوی(ایمان و توکل به خداوند، اخلاص، مقید به احکام دینی بودن) است. راهبردها و راهکارهایی موفق(اصلاح رابطه با خداوند، شناسایی دقیق و همراهی اطلاعات با عملیات، اقدام عملی، رفتار مبتنی بر روابط انسانی با یاران)، موانع (نبودن امکانات، پشتوانه استکبار جهانی در نبرد با ایران، پیامدها(انسجام ملی و مقاومت و صبوری و ایجاد قدرت دفاعی جدید ایران) است. https://hds.sndu.ac.ir/article_2487_c90cf06f532abf0663623db8c1454c8d.pdf
