It was the existence of this culture that even after eight years, the enemy could not capture even a single part of Iran's soil.The purpose of this research is Identifying and prioritizing organizational culture of the IRI Army in the defense power, first, identified organizational culture were by studying documents and libraries and research background.Then a questionnaire was developed by Delphi method with a range of 5 Likert options and was distributed in 3 stages among 10 commanders of the Holy Defense era who were familiar with organizational culture issues and organizational culture were identified using SPSS software.Then, in order to prioritize the organizational culture, a hierarchical analysis questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the commanders .The results of the questionnaires were analyzed in Expert Choice software and the Edgarshine's model were prioritized in three dimensions: fundamental assumptions, values and norms, and behavioral patterns and symbols.Finally, according to the research results, applicable solutions were presented based on research results. رژیم بعثت عراق با انجام محاسبات دقیق برای اشغال یک هفته‌ای ایران حمله برق‌آسایی را برنامه‌ریزی نمود لیکن با پایداری و مقاومت مردم و نیروهای مسلح مواجه گردید و باعث شکل‌گیری فرهنگ سازمانی خاص در نیروهای مسلح گردید که تمام محاسابت دشمن را از بین برد. وجود همین فرهنگ بود که حتی پس از هشت سال دشمن نتوانست حتی یک وجب از خاک ایران را تصرف کند، بر این اساس هدف از انجام این تحقیق، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی الگوی فرهنگ سازمانی نیروهای مسلح در دوران دفاع مقدس شروع شد. برای حصول به این هدف، ابتدا بامطالعه اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای و پیشینه پژوهش، الگوی فرهنگ سازمانی، شناسایی شد. سپس پرسشنامه‌ای با روش دلفی با طیف پنج گزینه‌ای لیکرت تدوین و طی سه مرحله میان 10 نفر از فرماندهان دوران دفاع مقدس که با مباحث فرهنگ سازمانی آشنا بودند توزیع و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS، الگوی فرهنگ سازمانی شناسایی گردید. سپس جهت اولویت‌بندی ابعاد و مولفه‌های مشخص‌شده، پرسشنامه تحلیل سلسله مراتبی تهیه و در بین رزمندگان و فرماندهان دوران دفاع مقدس توزیع گردید. نتایج پرسشنامه‌ها در نرم‌افزار Expert Choice تحلیل و ابعاد بر اساس الگوی ادگارشاین در سه سطح مفروضات بنیادین، ارزشها و هنجارها و الگوها و نمادهای رفتاری اولویت‌بندی گردید و درنهایت با توجه به نتایج تحقیق راه‌کارهای عملیاتی ارائه گردید. https://hds.sndu.ac.ir/article_2693_a73c5f921bcf2a4e315fd1e3f6046928.pdf
