With the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the start of the war imposed by the Iraqi Baath regime, the Islamic Republic of Iran reproduced many indicators of political culture in order to advance its goals. This research seeks to answer the main question, what were the indicators of Iran's political culture in the holy defense. This research has been carried out in a descriptive and analytical way using documentary and library studies. The findings of this research show that the indicators of participation in elections, myth-making, xenophobia, enjoining good and forbidding evil, tolerance and tolerance, supporting the oppressed, seeking martyrdom, issuing revolution, anti-Westernism, waiting for the appearance of Hazrat Qaim (AS), Political mobilization, political parties, security environment, bigotry and imitation, factionalism and organization, and the political agency of the elites have played a significant role in the eight years of holy defense and Iran's passing through this fateful moment in history. فرهنگ‌سیاسی هر کشوری از ایستارهای مشخصه مردم آن نسبت به ویژگی‌های عمده نظام‌های سیاسی - اجتماعی که در درون مرزهای آن وجود دارد، سرشت و ماهیت نظام سیاسی، تعریف و تعیین‌ شایدها و نشایدهای حکومت و نقش مشارکت‌های فردی و جمعی در حکومت تشکیل می‌یابد. جمهوری اسلامی ایران با پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی و شروع جنگ تحمیلی رژیم بعث عراق بسیاری از شاخص‌های فرهنگ سیاسی را در جهت پیشبرد اهداف خود بازتولید نمود. این پژوهش در پی پاسخگویی به این سوال اصلی است که شاخص‌های فرهنگ سیاسی ایران در دفاع مقدس چه بوده است. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی، کتابخانه‌ای انجام گرفته است. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شاخص‌های مشارکت در انتخابات، اسطوره سازی، بیگانه هراسی، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، تساهل و مدارا، حمایت از مستضعفان، شهادت طلبی، صدور انقلاب، غرب ستیزی، انتظار ظهور حضرت قائم(عج)، بسیج سیاسی، احزاب سیاسی، فضای امنیتی، تعصب گرایی و تقلید گرایی، جناح‌بندی و تشکل سازی، و عاملیت سیاسی نخبگان سهم بسزایی در دوران هشت سال دفاع مقدس و عبور ایران از این مقطع سرنوشت‌ساز در تاریخ داشته است. https://hds.sndu.ac.ir/article_2712_b5e3ef6fa21fb024cf7d00b427cc5631.pdf
