This issue is in addition to the numerous emphasis of the Supreme Leader regarding carrying out specialized work on the holy defense and its models, and it is important because, first of all, the holy defense is full of command and management models, and martyr Hassan Bagheri is one of the models. The success of this treasure is valuable, and secondly, his information management model has been studied scientifically. This model is based on the analysis of more than 22 detailed interviews prepared from the commanders of the holy defense from 1361 to now and the top 3 published articles about this martyr, using the research method of qualitative analysis, thematic analysis, and by coding the interviews and data in the software. MAX QDA is done. Finally, after the classification and analysis carried out in order to extract the information management model of Shahid Hassan Bagheri, it resulted in 3 main categories and 7 overarching themes, and based on this, the model of information management of Shahid Hassan Bagheri in three main categories of management in information (including: Managerial and personality capacities; leadership, guiding the valuation and development of human resources; scientific management and performance planning and monitoring), information management (including: information management, information principles and circuits; information action; executive management) and information management (including: strategic management and foundation) is categorized. تحقیق حاضر با ارائه الگویی مبتنی بر مدیریت اطلاعاتی شهید حسن باقری بنیانگذار اطلاعات عملیات انجام شده است . این موضوع علاوه بر تاکیدات متعدد مقام معظم رهبری درخصوص انجام کار های تخصصی درباره دفاع مقدس و الگوهای آن و از آن جهت حائز اهمیت است که از اولا دفاع مقدس مملو از الگو های فرماندهی و مدیریت می باشد و شهید حسن باقری به عنوان یکی از الگوهای موفق این گنجینه ارزشمند می باشد و دوما الگوی مدیریت اطلاعاتی ایشان مورد بررسی علمی قرار گرفته است . این الگو با بررسی بیش از 22 مصاحبه مفصل تهیه شده از فرماندهان دفاع مقدس از سال 1361 تا کنون و 3 مقاله برتر منتشر شده درباره این شهید با استفاده از روش پژوهش تحلیل کیفی تحلیل مضمون و به وسیله کدبندی مصاحبه ها و داده ها در نرم افزار MAX QDA انجام شده است . در نهایت پس از دسته بندی و تحلیل های صورت گرفته در راستای استخراج الگوی مدیریت اطلاعاتی شهید حسن باقری به 3 مقوله اصلی و 7 مضمون فراگیر منتج شد و بر این اساس الگوی مدیریت اطلاعاتی شهید حسن باقری در سه مقوله اصلی مدیریت در اطلاعات( شامل: ظرفیت های مدیریتی و شخصیتی؛ راهبری ، هدایت ارزشگذاری و توسعه منابع انسانی؛مدیریت عالمانه و برنامه ریزی و پایش عملکرد ) ، مدیریت بر اطلاعات (شامل : مدیریت بر اطلاعات ، اصول و مدار اطلاعاتی؛ اقدام اطلاعاتی ؛ مدیریت اجرایی ) و مدیریت با اطلاعات (شامل : مدیریت راهبردی و بنیان گذاری) دسته بندی میگردد . https://hds.sndu.ac.ir/article_3024_b508f01e8de1d3996e9be4cfe4c2f10f.pdf
