Abstract
The victory of the Islamic Revolution and the establishment of the holy system of the Islamic Republic, the most important event of the century and the holy defense as the most important event after the victory of the revolution in the ranking of critical and decisive events in the ups and downs of modern times. Due to the importance of this issue in the research, the role of education and training of teachers in the field of science and education of sacred defense has been discussed. The current research is applied research in terms of purpose, and its research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study is senior education experts in Gilan province. The sampling method in this study is judgmental sampling and the number of samples studied is equal to 68 people. The method of data collection in this field research and the tool of data collection is a questionnaire. In this paper, content validity is used to measure validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient is used to measure reliability, the values of which for all model variables above 0.7 have been obtained. All analysis of the collected data was performed using SPSS software. Findings from the test of research hypotheses showed that teacher training has an effect on information transfer, accurate attitude, appropriate knowledge and their expertise in the sciences and knowledge of sacred defense.
