Abstract

Objective: Management is of particular importance in any society, especially in societies that are undergoing major political, social, and cultural changes. In Iran, after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, management approaches changed significantly and a different model of management was used, especially in the military, economic, and social fields. Therefore, this research aimed to present an integrated management model at the level of the Islamic Revolution for managers in Islamic society based on the views and management styles of Martyr Mansour Sattari and Martyr Qassem Soleimani.

Research Method: This applied-exploratory research is a mixed-method approach with the aim of presenting an integrated management model in the Islamic Revolution era based on the management styles of Martyr Mansour Sattari and Martyr Qasem Soleimani. Using the content analysis of articles, interviews, films and speeches related to these two great commanders, 64 basic themes, 15 organizing themes and 7 comprehensive themes were identified through Max QD software. The comprehensive themes were provided to 30 experts for interpretive structural modeling using Matlab software, who were selected as snowballs.

Finding: The results of the research showed that the economic approach and international approach were the most influential themes at the fourth level, the cultural approach at the third level, political approaches and belief foundations at the second level, and personality and psychological factors and job context as the most influential themes in the proposed model at the first level.
