Abstract
The main purpose of writing this article is to study the key dimensions and components of the concept of jihadi management and Basij thinking and to design a conceptual model of its development in education by determining a chain of scientific and practical criteria and scales. Jihadi management is a scientifically new concept, but it has a long history in our culture and should be constantly considered. Jihadi management is a model based on Iran-Islamic values that has a common chapter with other management models. In this article, while using the guidelines of the Imam and leadership, the model and indicators of jihadi management as a new management paradigm based on the principles and values of the Islamic Revolution and its efficiency in the light of education development is expressed. Considering the role-playing and efficiency of Basij in the field of jihadi management in education and service to the people, Basij thinking has the potential to become a complete management model, because jihadi management is a management based on Islamic spirituality and human values and its main root is in There are two principles of monotheism and guardianship in the manifestation of sincerity and self-sacrifice. In a word, jihadi management and Basij and Islamic thinking are unconditional service without claim and mixed with creativity and innovation. In this article, while referring to Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Sunnah and Atrat, it is a constructive and path-breaking movement towards the transfer of the new generation to a new ideal. A new development in education.
