چکیده

ژئوپلیتیک غذا از جمله گرایشهای موضوعی است که در طی دهههای اخیر به دلیل خشکسالیهای پیاپی و رشد سریع جمعیت در جهان مطرح شده است. ژئوپلیتیک غذا در ایران به دلیل واقع شدن در موقعیت خشک و نیمه‌خشک جهان و از سوی دیگر تهدیدهای خارجی مداوم، از جمله حمله نظامی و یا تحریم اقتصادی و... از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانهای و پژوهش میدانی در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های شکل‌دهندۀ ژئوپلیتیک غذا کدام هستند؟ برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافتههای پرسشنامه از نرمافزار آماری Spss و آزمون رتبهبندی فریدمن استفاده شده است. نتایج پرسش‌نامه نشان داد که در بُعد سرزمینی (موقعیت جغرافیایی)، در بُعد جمعیتی (کمیت و کیفیت جمعیت)، در بُعد اقتصادی (تولید مواد غذایی باارزش بالا)، در بُعد فرهنگی- اجتماعی (ترکیب جمعیت شهری و روستایی و تولید مواد غذایی)، در بُعد سیاسی (سیاست‌های حمایت از تولید)، در بُعد دفاعی- امنیتی (تأمین بهداشت جامعه) و در بُعد علمی- برنامه‌ای (فناوری تولیدی)، به‌عنوان متغیرهای شکل‌دهنده و مؤثر در شکل‌گیری ژئوپلیتیک غذا محسوب می‌شوند.
